We are pleased to announce the FIFTH Annual MESPA Symposium on Voice, Swallow, and Airway will be held on Saturday, April 13th from 8:00am-4:30 pm at Tampa General Hospital in the MacInnes Auditorium, 2nd floor, East Pavilion. We have an incredible group of speakers! Attached is the registration form. You may either fax (813/844-4142-fax) or email (MESPA2013@GMAIL.COM) your completed registration form: ATTENTION MESPA. Registration check-in will begin from 7:30-8:00 am and the symposium will being promptly at 8:00 am. Please bring your SLP Florida State License number for the sign-in so that you may receive credit for CEU’s. As always, this is a FREE EVENT and is offered for 7 CEU hours submitted to the Florida Speech-Language Pathology Board (ASHA CEU’s are NOT awarded for this event).
Park in the Visitors Garage ($3.00/day) and enter the facility using the East Pavilion Entrance. Take the elevators to the 2nd floor and follow signs to the MacInnes Auditorium. Access a map for more information:
