Sixth Annual MESPA Symposium

We are pleased to announce the Sixth Annual MESPA Symposium on “Social Issues Affecting the SLP” will be held on Saturday, April 18th from 8:30am-3:30 pm at Tampa General Hospital in the MacInnes Auditorium, 2nd floor, East Pavilion. We have an incredible group of speakers! Attached is the registration form. You may either fax (813/844-4142-fax) or email (MESPA2013@GMAIL.COM) your completed registration form: ATTENTION MESPA. Registration check-in will begin from 8:00-8:30 am and the symposium will being promptly at 8:30 am. Please bring your SLP Florida State License number for the sign-in so that you may receive credit for CEU’s. As always, this is a FREE EVENT and is offered for 5.5 CEU hours submitted to the Florida Speech-Language Pathology Board (ASHA CEU’s are NOT awarded for this event).

This symposium will take place of MESPA’s April quarterly meeting.

Park in the Visitors Garage ($3.00/day) and enter the facility using the East Pavilion Entrance. Take the elevators to the 2nd floor and follow signs to the MacInnes Auditorium.  Download the map for more information: https://www.tgh.org/wp-content/uploads/3DMap_11-13.pdf

Please dress in layers or bring a sweater as the temperature in the conference room may fluctuate.

About Tampa Bay Medical Speech Pathology Association

MESPA is a local speech pathology organization in Tampa, Florida that started in 2000 to draw speech pathologists together to meet for continuing education. Currently, MESPA meets at Tampa General Hospital on a quarterly basis on the second Sunday evening of the month in January, April, July, and October from 6:00-8:00 pm.
