On January 12, 2014, the Tampa Bay Medical Speech Pathology Association (MESPA) reinstated the organization at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) by hosting it’s first quarterly meeting of the year. The keynote speaker of the evening was Jennifer Carotenuto, MPA, M.S., CCC-SLP, Manager of the Rehabilitation Center at TGH, who presented on the following topic: Overview of Health Care Reform and ICD-10 Updates: What an SLP Needs to Know.
